Technical Assistance
In providing technical assistance, we will respond to providers’ requests either by phone, office, or on-site visits. Some requests for technical assistance may include (but are not limited to) accreditations, state licensing rules and regulations compliance, room arrangement, as well as program start-up.
If you are a family, group, or center provider trying to improve the quality of your child care business and want technical assistance or you have been cited for non-compliance and need technical assistance, then please contact the technical provider for your county (you will find the TA provider for your county below).
