CHILD AND ADOLESCENT
CONSUMER SUPPORT PROGRAM
The Georgia Department of Human Resources (DHR) and the Georgia Child
and Adolescent Consumer
Supports Program are
seeking child care providers
to assist children and
adolescents who are either a
Medicaid eligible (CMO or
MRO) or a state-funded child
with emotional, behavioral,
and/or substance abuse
disorders and are currently
being served by an approved
Core/IFI provider agency
working with the State of
Georgia.
Funded services included in
this program
Child care services provided in a licensed child care facility or
licensed family child care
provider’s home.
Child Care Provider
Requirements
To join the statewide network, you must have a child care license, a
completed DHR-approved
background check, and
CPR/first aid certification.
Credentials will be verified
and participants must meet
all training requirements.
How can you participate?
You can apply to become a provider in this program under the State’s
network by submitting a
completed vendor application
along with the required
documentation.
